With a glass decor, you get an additional benefit for shop windows, glass facades, glass doors, panes, car windows or glass partition walls:
Windows as advertising space
Glass panes can be labeled with company names, company logos or signposts. Street-facing windows and doors are also well suited as advertising space. Window stickers are therefore often used as shop window advertising, especially in commercial premises. This can be opaque or, with so-called perforated films, offer a view of the outside as well as advertising space from the outside.
Privacy screen on glass panes
Often, the needs of people working behind the glass also have to be met: Partial cladding with a frosted glass look provides privacy while retaining daylight. This creates privacy or discretion during customer meetings while at the same time creating a bright and inviting ambience. Glass decor with a “frosted” look, i.e. frosted glass, is therefore generally very popular as a design element inthe interior design of office buildings.
Special window films can also be applied as glare protection or sun protection without obstructing the view outside.
This way you avoid anyone walking through the glass!
In commercial properties, our glass decor also often fulfills a safety aspect: many offices today are equipped with glass partitions. The labor inspectorate often requires glass decor so that transparent panes are visible. With just a few glass decor elements at eye level, you can ensure that nobody accidentally runs into large glass elements.
Lettering for car windows
Car window panes can also be coated and decorated with adhesive letters and self-adhesive logos using all the options mentioned above.
A special variant of full-surface glass decoration with photos, colorful pictures and advertising are perforated films. These adhesive films have small holes covering around 40% of the surface. They are printed with your motif on one side and stuck to the outside of the window pane. From the inside, you can see through to the outside close enough to perceive your surroundings. From the outside, the eye is distracted by the image motif and can no longer see the individual holes from just a few meters away. As a result, the printed image is seen. As well as being used on bus windows in public transport, this form is particularly popular for zones where people spend short periods of time, such as ticket halls in garages, foyers or waiting areas.
Printed acrylic glass for door signs and more!
In addition to glass decoration using adhesive films, you can also have transparent Plexiglas or acrylic glass printed directly by us. This is one of the most elegant solutions for lettering in buildings. Lettering made of art glass is suitable for surgeries, office buildings, museums and exhibitions as well as backlit for use as illuminated advertising.
If the more impact-resistant polycarbonate is printed instead of acrylic glass, it is ideal for theft-proof display cases or safety enclosures for machines.
Interior design has also long since discovered printed Plexiglas, for example for printed table tops or high-quality art prints as wall décor.
We supply our door signs and guidance systems with stainless steel spacers for the popular free-floating look. See also Signs
