Digital printing

Digital printing: Flexible for small series and motif changes

Digital printing is “computer to print“: Compared to traditional printing processes, no printing form needs to be made. This eliminates this part of the fixed costs. This means that even small batches can be offered quickly and cost-effectively.

Frequent variety changes in the print motif, numbering and even the personalization of individual prints are also much easier than with classic printing processes.

Digital printing: the almost all-rounder when it comes to materials and formats

When some people hear the word “digital printing”, they think of a better office printer that produces a colorful A4 sheet. Yes, we can do that too. But we are just as happy to digitally print on a 2 x 3 meter, 10 mm thick pane of art glass using UV inkjet printing, for example. Or on self-adhesive film for stickers. Or on 3mm cardboard. Or on wooden panels. Or on wallpaper. Or on whatever you need. We will adapt to your needs!

We digitally print on all flat materials from around 0.03mm to a maximum thickness of 50mm and all formats from business card size up to 2 x 3 meters, long formats up to 4.5 meters large format – large format printing from a single piece. We can also print oversized formats of flexible materials from the roll.

We mainly use UV inkjet printing for this. In addition to colorful CMYK printing, we also offer white printing with digitally applied opaque white. This is often used as a backing for chromatic colors so that they can be reproduced faithfully and undistorted on a dark material. The option of digital varnishing rounds off the design spectrum.

Digital printing: the process for individualized printed matter

Many customers also use digital printing for individual prints: whether personalized name certificates, coded vouchers, numbered labels for traceability, various QR codes or limited small series of art prints (1 of 100, 2 of 100,…). Many wishes can be fulfilled with digital printing.
